Adún is broken.
Once, long ago, all of humankind had access to incredible Power. This Power infuses all things and connected the people with the world around them in a unifying web of energy.
We could shape this Power, mould it to our desires, so long as care was taken to not disrupt the systems of the world around us... Of course, disruption came... And it's happened before.
Adún experiences cycles, bound to the motion of the sun, moon, stars, seas, and this web of Power. These cycles take thousands of years to complete.
The stories of Adún are post-apocalyptic in nature, though don't always feel that way. They explore things about memory and loss, but also about hope, revitalization, and the restoration of balance to the world.
